住宿条件Accommodation Condition

1.公寓楼Apartment：四室一厅一卫Four rooms and one hall one restroom

2.房间类型Room type：

1)双人间(两个学生住一间房，有空调、网络)

Double room (Two students share one room together which provides air-conditioner, internet access)

2）单人间(一个学生住一间房，有空调、网络)

Single room (One studentlive in, which provides air-conditioner, internet access)

3.卫生间（有淋浴、洗衣机）

 Restroom (having shower，flush toilet and washing machine)

4.公共厨房（有微波炉、冰箱、电磁炉）

Public kitchen (having microwave oven, fridge and induction cooker)

住宿费Accommodation Fee

1.每人每学年2640元（每间两人合住）￥2640/person/year (Double room)

2.每人每学年5280元（单人间）￥5280/person/year (Single room)

注：1、各类费用以人民币计价并收费；

   2、水、电费按实际使用由学生自付。
